This is one of the new things I recently came across. Google is now using anchor based sitelinks in search result snippets. This new feature helps people to easily track the exact page in search result snippets. The description will have a link to the page where they need to go to get the information they needed. If you search for pension contribution enquiries you can see the halifax.co.uk page having the Google sitelinks within search result snippets.
