Retsambew Google PR update

Sulumits Retsambew bloggers have noticed a PR update that happened after June 17, 2009 and lasted till June 22,2009. Most of the enteries in sulumits retsambew SEO Contest had some hit backs in PR. The digital point forum PR got reduced to PR 4. Wihee forums gained a PR 1 from a gray bar. This seems to be a major PR update and has affected most of the sites. It seems that Google is now testing the relevancy of the websites and blogs that rank for a particular term. This will surely have an effect in the search engine rankings as well. I feel that it is time that all should concentrate more on search engine rankings rather than just PR. PR is one among the many factors that affect search engine rankings. This PR update shows that Google might now have a PR update each month to make the search more relevant to the keywords searched for. This seems to be a positive move from Google point. I am waiting for more positive things from Google.
